08.08.2020 Scientific expedition of Byurakan Observatory after V. A. Ambartsumian and National University of Architecture and Construction of Armenia to Carahunge Observatory. Day 4․
The drone scanning was repeated, so that by combining the images taken with different lighting for two days, more accurate data could be obtained.
Architects and astronomers completed the measurements of the holes, stones, and in the second half of the day, the clarification of megaliths’ numbering were carried out.
During the day we had many guests, including the members of the "Carahunge Armenological Center” and the "Save Carahunge" initiative.
We waited for the horizon to open for the final stage of the exploration, but the mountains Tsghuk and Ishkhanasar / Lusavorich, did not want to get rid of the clouds covering their slopes.
